WARRANTY CONDITIONS
A) A one-month warranty only applies to used mechanical parts, unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
B) No warranty is granted on used parts unless the part is marked with a purchase date applied by Autodemontage Reuvers.
C) If the date of purchase applied by us is damaged or removed, the warranty will lapse.
D) The warranty becomes invalid after improper installation and/or assembly.
E) If repairs and/or changes have been made by the buyer, the warranty will expire.
F) No warranty is given on electronic parts (e.g. computers, ignition modules and air flow meters).
G) For new parts, only the warranty provided by the manufacturer or importer applies.
H) No warranty is ever provided on used and damaged cars.
EXCHANGE/REIMBURSEMENT
(A) If the exchange of the old part is agreed, it must be in our possession within 1 month of the purchase date. Should this not be the result, no claims can be made for any “deposit money” paid and the agreed warranty will also lapse.
B) In the event of a proven defect, the part shall be exchanged for a comparable, equivalent part. The purchase price will be refunded only if no comparable, equivalent part is in stock.
(C) In the event that it becomes apparent that the part was not the cause of the problem, the agreed warranty cannot be claimed. If there is earnest money paid on a car, it should be a minimum amount of EUR 250.00. The car must be picked up within 2 weeks unless otherwise agreed. If the car is not picked up within 2 weeks, the handling fee will be forfeited.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
(A) Prior to delivery, the full purchase price must have been paid and the car must be registered in the buyer’s name.
(B) If the car is registered for export with an export license plate, the buyer must ensure that the car is insured.
COSTS
(A) Under no circumstances may the buyer claim reimbursement of costs of any kind. The maximum amount to be reimbursed is the purchase price.
LIABILITY
(A) Autodemontage Reuvers is never liable for direct or indirect damage of any nature whatsoever and its liability is therefore expressly limited to the purchase price.
(B) The Buyer is obliged to indemnify Autodemontage Reuvers against all claims of any nature whatsoever which may be made by third parties against Autodemontage Reuvers if damage or injury is caused by or during use of goods supplied by Autodemontage Reuvers.
